We have to understand and adjust to current situation where movement of people, goods and services is also at stake,&quot; PNP spokesman Police Brig. Gen. Idelbrandi Usana told ABS-CBN News.</p><p>&quot;The uniform curfew regulations in NCR will start on Monday po.
