<p>MANILA - Consumers on the eastern part of Metro Manila may experience 6 to 20 hours of service interruption daily until the rainy season sets in, water concessionaire Manila Water said Wednesday.</p><p>The new water distribution scheme will be implemented starting either March 14 or 15 to &quot;help slow down the rapid decline of the water level at La Mesa Dam,&quot; the water company said in an advisory.</p><p>La Mesa Dam is Manila Water&#x27;s emergency source.
