kasamahan niya sa industriya na i-donate ang kanilang mga taping beds para sa mga health worker na kumakayod sa gitna ng banta ng coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). </p><p>Ito aniya ay sa halip na magbigay na lamang ng tulong pinansiyal. </p><p>“We’ll refrain from asking you for financial donations. Instead, we would like to ask you for stuff that you already have,” aniya sa kaniyang Instagram account gabi ng Biyernes. </p><p>Sinabi ito ni Locsin kasabay ng pag-arangkada nila sa paggawa ng sleeping tents para hindi na alalahanin ng health workers ang pagpunta sa mga ospital. </p><p>“To my friends in the industry, maybe you can spare your taping beds for our health workers? Also to everyone reading this, if you have available folding beds that we could borrow, we would greatly appreciate it. We’ll name the bed after the donor and you could also write down a note to thank them for their hard work,” ani Locsin sa Instagram posts. </p><p>Katuwang niya ang fiance na si Neil Arce, isang events organizer at ang lokal na pamahalaan sa nasabing proyekto. </p><p>Ayon kay Locsin, agad nang nag-donate sina Angelica Panganiban, Anne Curtis, at Bea Alonzo ng taping beds. </p><p>Nanghihingi rin ngayon ang aktres ng bottled water para sa mga frontliner. </p><p>“We acknowledge that this is a challenging time for everyone, but we also know that we, Filipinos, are strong &amp; resilient, especially when united. We made it through Ondoy, Yolanda, Mt. Pinatubo and Taal eruption, and we will surely overcome this as a nation.<br/>This is a plea to everyone to support our dear frontliners,” ani Locsin, na parating agaran ang tulong tuwing may kalamidad at emergency sa bansa. </p>
