<figure class="op-interactive"><iframe height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/KiMtlBQGBEA?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div>MANILA - Two more COVID-19 patients in the Philippines have recovered, bringing the total to 15, the Department of Health said Sunday.Most of the patients who recovered do not have underlying conditions and are in the middle-aged group, according to DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire.Four patients, though, were from the vulnerable group of the elderly, she said.<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/03/21/20/4-filipino-seniors-recover-from-covid-19-total-recoveries-now-at-19">4 Filipino seniors recover from COVID-19; total recoveries now at 13</a></li></ul>&quot;We are trying to analyze the 15 recoveries that we have and we see that it is the usual management in our hospitals, whereby we provide management support to the symptoms they are exhibiting, caring for them and quarantining them,&quot; Vergeire told ANC.There were about 2 who were &quot;severely ill,&quot; and then turned &quot;negative and discharged,&quot; Vergeire said.She shared that some patients who recovered were on respirators, while many others &quot;did not require respirators at all because they just exhibited mild to moderate symptoms.&quot;&quot;There is really no secret formula that we have been seeing right now,&quot; Vergeire said when asked what management was specifically done on patients who recovered.As of Saturday, the Philippines has 307 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 19 deaths.COVID-19 may be fatal for the elderly, the immunocompromised, and those with underlying medical condition but 80 percent of cases globally showed a high chance of recovery &quot;without needing special treatment,&quot; according to the World Health Organization.
