Lito Cabamongan of the PNP Crime Laboratory who was arrested together with a female companion inside a house in Las Piñas village.</p><p>&quot;Sabog ka?... Hindi ka nagshashabu ah? Pag nag-positive ka, p*******a ka, patay ka sakin ha,&quot; Dela Rosa told the cop who was already behind bars.</p><p>(Are you high? You&#x27;re not using shabu? If you test positive, you&#x27;re dead to me.)</p><p>Cabamongan said he was working under cover when he was arrested. He said he was setting up a sting operation against a fellow cop.</p><p>Dela Rosa said he was disappointed at Cabamongan&#x27;s arrest but noted that it was part of the PNP&#x27;s internal cleansing program.</p>
