<p>MANILA - Former Solicitor General and now senatorial candidate Florin Hilbay on Friday said he was &quot;very much amused&quot; about President Rodrigo Duterte&#x27;s threat to declare a &quot;revolutionary war&quot;.</p><p>“Bilang propesor ng constitutional law, I am very much amused doon sa sinabi ni Pangulong Duterte. Dapat pakinggan iyan ng ating military at PNP,&quot; he said at a campaign rally in Tondo, Manila.</p><p>&quot;Ang isang pangulo na nagdedeklara ng revolutionary government ay lumalabag sa ating Konstitusyon at nagiging rebelde. Automatic matatanggal siya sa pwesto. Ang ating bise magiging commander in chief. She said she’s been studying the platforms of the candidates carefully. </p><p>“Batas na pantay mayaman o mahirap. Yung mga kurakot wala na yan! Boboto ako, Panginoon ibigay niyo sa akin,&quot; she said.</p><p>Helen Bernacibo attended with her children. She said she listened well to the platforms shared by the candidates.</p><p>She hopes that voters should choose candidates who are dignified and do not engage in vote buying.</p><p>“Edukasyon...Sa mga senior at sa mga bata na nangangailangan. Marami na nakapunta dito eh pero yung sa amin lang sa puso boboto kami wala kaming tinatanggap. Sana maliwanagan sila na pera pera lang hindi maganda yung ganun.”</p>
