It&#x27;s so easy to write a story and do a movie or video on that,&quot; said Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo. </p><p>&quot;Kung totoo iyun e di sana nag-file na sila ng charges. Wala naman silang fina-file,&quot; he added. </p><p>(If that&#x27;s true, they should have filed charges. They haven&#x27;t filed anything.) </p><p>Go, a former longtime aide of President Rodrigo Duterte, allegedly owns 4 local bank accounts into which drug money is funneled, claimed the video titled &quot;Ang Totoong Narco List - Episode 3.&quot; </p><p>The accounts are allegedly under the name of a relative of Go who supposedly won government contracts worth millions of pesos in Davao City when Duterte was still mayor. </p><p>The information came from a certain &quot;Bikoy&quot;, who claims to be a former record keeper of a narcotics ring operating in Southern Luzon and Visayas. </p><p>Go, Bikoy claimed, uses the codename &quot;TESOROGOLF-TSG-002&quot; has a dragon tattoo on his back supposedly containing the alphanumeric code of his drug transactions. He noted that Go&#x27;s full name is Christopher Lawrence &quot;Bong&quot; Tesoro Go.</p><p>Bikoy, in 2 earlier videos, also linked the President&#x27;s son, former Davao City vice mayor Paolo Duterte, to the illegal drug syndicate. <br/> <br/>The younger Duterte has rejected the allegation and accused Sen. Truth will always prevail,&quot; he added. </p>
