The president was also received by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, governor of Riyadh region.</p><p>After a welcome ceremony, Duterte and the Saudi monarch continued their talk at a luncheon banquet together with the president&#x27;s delegation and Saudi princes, ministers and senior officials.</p><p>In the meeting, bilateral relations and aspects of cooperation were discussed. </p><p>A labor agreement between Saudi&#x27;s Ministry of Labor and Social Development and the Department of Labor and Employment was signed by Minister Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis on behalf of the kingdom and Enrique Manalo, acting secretary of foreign affairs. </p><p>A memorandum of political consultations between the ministries of foreign affairs, as well as a cooperation program between Prince Saud Al-Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies and the Foreign Service Institute of the Philippines, were signed by Manalo and Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Saudi minister of state for foreign affairs</p><figure class="op-interactive"><div id="IVS_ABS_Body_Video_1_Container"> <ivs-player id="IVS_ABS_Body_Video_1" data-ivs-spid="3001339" data-ivs-key="e8c22c015ca9eafa76f1e3edfa03c603" data-ivs-vid="1455070" data-ivs-floating="1"></ivs-player> <script src="https://player.ivideosmart.com/ivsplayer/v4/dist/js/iframe-parent.js"></script> <script src="https://player.ivideosmart.com/ivsplayer/v4/dist/js/loader.js"></script> </div></figure>
