We&#x27;re strictly implementing rules and regulations on EDSA to ease traffic.) </p><p>Provincial buses may unload passengers in terminals in Cubao, Quezon City and Pasay, said the official. </p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/aXkCqOb_bdM?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>The Southern Luzon Bus Operators Association has written to Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade asking for a clarification on the routes covered by the traffic scheme, said the group&#x27;s executive director Homer Mercado. </p><p>Among those who will be affected by the EDSA bus ban, he said, are commuters who travel everyday to and from their homes in the province and their offices, with majority working in Makati. </p><p>A passenger group has lodged a petition against the ban, Mercado said. </p>
