Archie Gamboa.</p><p>&quot;They (Pacific Plaza Towers) are telling that they would charge my policemen. Go ahead. We will defend ourselves,&quot; he told DZMM.</p><p>&quot;I do believe in my commanders, not unless the violation is so gross or talagang flagrant siya or sobra talaga, then that&#x27;s the time I will take cognizance of the case,&quot; he added.</p><p>Sunday&#x27;s incident was caught on video and was widely shared online. It came on the heels of the military’s admission it was preparing for a <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/04/16/20/duterte-warns-martial-law-like-lockdown-over-covid-19-quarantine-violations" target="_blank">&quot;martial law-style&quot;</a> enforcement of the COVID-19 lockdown, set until April 30.</p><p>The PNP earlier said it would <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/video/news/04/20/20/paninita-ng-pulis-sa-taguig-condominium-iniimbestigahan" target="_blank">investigate</a> the officers&#x27; actions.</p>
