Kung hindi tayo nagkaroon ng COVID-19 then we should start the registration sa July,&quot; PSA Assistant Secretary Lourdines Dela Cruz said over radio DZMM.(Our mass registration will start in October. The PSA said the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) will provide a &quot;valid proof of identity&quot; for all Filipinos and residents, making access to services simpler and faster by eliminating the need to provide other forms of identification.He said PhilSys will give a unique, randomly selected number to each person.
