MANILA - Quezon City&#x27;s Task Force Disiplina has withdrawn its complaint against a fish vendor who was accused of violating quarantine protocols, as it recommended the suspension of officers tagged in his beating, videos of which recently went viral. In a statement released Wednesday, the local government of Quezon City said it has issued show cause orders requiring the personnel involved in the incident to explain their actions.Rannie Ludovica, head of the city&#x27;s Task Force Disiplina, has instructed the withdrawal of the complaint against Michael Rubuia.
