MANILA (UPDATE) - The Department of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday said it will open two new consular offices in Northern Luzon.

The new offices will open in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte on May 8, and at Robinsons Place in Santiago, Isabela on May 15.

On Tuesday, the DFA said passport appointment slots from July to September will be opened on Wednesday, May 2 except for the Department of Foreign Affairs Aseana office in Parañaque City.
