Evidence suggests that numerous laws and administrative issuances pertaining to the proper search, seizure, handling and controlled delivery of drugs were violated by the public officers,” according to the special panel&#x27;s resolution.In a statement, Faeldon said he was dismayed but emphasized that the &quot;truth shall prevail.&quot;&quot;Kami ang nakahuli ng shabu shipment na &#x27;yan.
