Layon nitong mabakunahan ang 120 hanggang 200 indibidwal kada araw sa loob ng dalawang linggo. Nakipag-ugnayan ang pamunuan ng UP sa LGU ng QC para mabigyan ng Sinovac vaccines. Pawang mga volunteer ang nasa vaccination center, mula screening hanggang sa pagtuturok. Kasama sa mga volunteer ang Business Administration instructor na si Bryan Placido. &quot;Personally as an instructor, gusto ko nang makabalik sa face-to-face na classes and napansin naman natin ang rollout ng vaccines sa ngayon sobrang bagal pa kaya we try to help as much as possible para mapabilis,&quot; ani Placido. Ayon sa mga organizer, nasa 1,000 ang volunteer. Bukod sa mga doktor at nurse, mayroon ding data encoders at mga marshall. Kabilang din sa mga volunteer na alumni ng University of the Philippines ang private practitioner na physical therapist na si Athena Marcelo. &quot;Sakto po they needed someone na puwedeng mag-check ng vital signs to check if &#x27;yung patients po or the people are qualified na healthy sila and in good condition bago maging vaccinated,&quot; ani Marcelo. Ayon sa pamunuan ng unibersidad, makakatulong ang inisyatiba na mabawasan ang mga tao sa vaccination center at mapabilis ang vaccination program ng lungsod. Mga senior at mga may comorbidity lang ang binabakunahan dito. &quot;&#x27;Yun naman ang usapan namin sa Quezon City health department na karamihan ay taga-Quezon City at sabi rin naman ni Mayor Joy, as long as they are working in Quezon City they can be allocated vaccines,&quot; ani UP Vice Chancellor Aleli Bawagan.
