MANILA - Malacañang on Thursday shot down criticism against government's order stopping broadcast operations of media giant ABS-CBN Corp. while it allowed the reopening of Chinese-run Philippine offshore gaming operations (POGOs) even while COVID-19 business restrictions remain in place.
