<p>MANILA - A post of a supposed ABS-CBN News report claiming the &quot;Ombudsman has reopened graft case&quot; against a former Bulacan provincial administrator was published Saturday by a Facebook page.</p><p>However, the Facebook post by Bocaue Ngayon is fake and the screenshot was doctored.
