Almeda Street sa Barangay Magtanggol ang biktimang kinilalang si Annie Tiar at kasamang si Salome Perez.Biglang sumalubong sa kanila ang fire truck na mabilis ang pagtakbo.Sinubukang umiwas ng 2 pero tumilapon si Tiar nang mahagip ng truck ng bombero. Kinailangan operahan para alisin ang mata ni Tiar matapos ang insidente. Nabangga pa ng fire truck sa unahan ang isang nakatigil na itim na kotse.Nakaligtas naman ang isang motorcycle rider na nadapa pa para makaiwas sa truck.Kita sa video na nakailaw ang sirena ng fire truck.Hinuli ng pulis ang driver nitong si FO2 Ramon Lactao II, 36-anyos at nakadestino sa Pateros Fire Station.Ayon sa pulis, tumangging magbigay ng pahayag si Lactao.Inaalam naman kung ano ang kanyang kondisyon noong oras ng insidente.Sabi naman ng barangay, accident-prone ang naturang kalsada.Nakakulong sa Pateros Police Station ang bombero at nahaharap sa kasong reckless imprudence resulting in physical injury and damage of property.Wala pang pahayag ang Bureau of Fire Protection sa insidente.
