Aguinaldo High School in Matina, Talomo district in Davao City, where he was supposed to cast his ballot.</p><p>&quot;Almost all were my supporters during the last election. And they would never believe that nagboto ako o hindi sa kanila,&quot; he explained.</p><p>&quot;Tingin ko the better option would really be to just skip the voting. Ayokong magduda sila.&quot;</p><p>Though he did not vote yesterday, Duterte said he was keeping tabs on the elections.</p><p>&quot;But I was busy, nagmo-monitor ako all over the Philippines,&quot; he said.</p><p>Duterte early Tuesday attended the wake of former Senator Edgardo Angara at the Heritage Park in Taguig City.</p><p>He arrived past 12:30 a.m. and stayed at the chapel for two hours.</p><p>&quot;Siya &#x27;yung tagapagtanggol sa bunganga ko...He was very humble and a very quiet person.
