A city ordinance requires everyone to wear facemask while outdoors to prevent the spread of the virus.Parra later went out of his residence and confronted authorities.One video of the incident showed police calmly talking to Parra. Morente explained that the deportation case is a separate action from criminal cases that have been filed against the foreigner.
