announced on Friday. </p><p>Deputy Palace spokesperson Kris Ablan said the following areas will be under loosest of five COVID-19 alert levels from June 1 to June 15. </p><div><strong>National Capital Alert Level 2, casinos, horse racing, cockfighting and operation of cockpits, lottery and betting shops are banned, unless authorized by the COVID-19 task force or the Office of the President.</p><p>Authorities earlier said areas in the country cannot deescalate to the loosest Alert Level 1 if their vaccination rate remains low. </p><ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a
