Only doctors or trained health professionals must administer tests, the agency said.</p><p>Besides selling test kits without a license, Siwa is also facing an estafa case for allegedly failing to deliver orders of rice she had sold.</p><p>She denied all allegations, saying she will face head-on charges filed against her.</p><p>&quot;I will definitely fight,&quot; she told reporters.</p><div><strong>-- Report from Niko Baua, ABS-CBN News</strong></div><div> </div>
