PNP- Crime Laboratory Director Chief Superintendent Aurelio Trampe, said they got a buccal swab from Carlos&#x27; parents and the suspect&#x27;s own muscle tissue for matching.DNA analysis showed a 99.99% match.<a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/06/04/17/resorts-world-gunman-an-ex-govt-employee-in-debt-ncrpo">Carlos</a>, a former Department of Finance employee who had family problems and was deep in debt, was behind the pre-dawn attack at the entertainment and gaming complex on June 2, torching gaming tables and stealing casino chips. That’s the conclusion. The probability of the parentage for the case is 99.99%. Iyon ang anak ng mag-asawa na kinunan ng DNA standard, “ Trampe said.The Crime Lab also said Carlos sustained only one gunshot wound, which resulted from the suspect shooting himself in the chin. An exit wound was found on his head. The finding contradicted the report given by Resorts World Manila that a security officer was able to shoot the gunman in his leg, causing him to limp and slowing him down during the attack. &quot;Walang nakitang other gunshot wound na tinamaan siya,&quot; Trampe said.The official said it was possible that Carlos was already heavily fatigued, that&#x27;s why he was seen moving slowly in security footage of the attack.
