<p>MANILA - Tropical depression Butchoy has made landfall twice in Quezon province, the state weather agency said Thursday.</p><p>PAGASA said in a tweet that the country&#x27;s second storm made landfall in Polillo at 5:30 p.m. and in Infanta at 6 p.m.</p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p dir="ltr" lang="en"><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/ButchoyPH?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#ButchoyPH</a> made landfall at Polillo, Quezon at 5:30 PM and at Infanta, Quezon at 6:00 PM. <a href="https://t.co/GGfbCInTKr">pic.twitter.com/GGfbCInTKr</a></p>— PAGASA-DOST (@dost_pagasa) <a href="https://twitter.com/dost_pagasa/status/1271053444678184966?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">June 11, 2020</a></blockquote><div><script async="" src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charSet="utf-8" type="text/javascript"></script></div><p>At 7 p.m., the center of the tropical depression was estimated in the vicinity of General Nakar, Quezon, packing winds of up to 45 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 75 kph.</p><p>It is moving at 15 kph west northwestward.</p><p>The weather agency earlier raised tropical cyclone wind signal No. 1 over different parts of Luzon due to Butchoy.</p><ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/06/11/20/storm-signals-raised-in-luzon-as-butchoy-barrels-towards-northern-quezon">Storm signals raised in Luzon as Butchoy barrels towards northern Quezon</a></li></ul><p>PAGASA said moderate to heavy with at times intense rains will be experienced in parts of Luzon.</p><p>Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and Western Visayas, among others, meanwhile, are expected to experience moderate and heavy rains.</p><p>Flooding and rain-induced landslides may occur during heavy or prolonged rainfall in affected areas, it warned.</p><p>Moderate to rough seas with waves of 1.2 meters to 3.4 meters will also be experienced over the seaboards of Luzon and Visayas in the next 24 hours, according to PAGASA. </p><p>Small seacrafts are advised not to venture out to sea while larger sea vessels must take precaution against rough seas.</p><p>Butchoy is forecast to be 120 kilometers west of Dagupan City, Pangasinan by Friday evening.</p><div><strong>Visit the <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/weather">ABS-CBN Weather Center </a>for the latest weather updates.</strong></div><div> </div>
