<p>MANILA - Malacañang has declared Monday, June 24, as a special non-working day in Tabaco City in Albay in celebration of the Tabak Festival.</p><p>In Proclamation No. 754, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea said &quot;it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.&quot;</p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2019/news/06/22/20190622-tabaco-walangpasok.jpg"/></figure></div><p>The festival will showcase the city&#x27;s rich history, cultural diversity and beautiful tourist attractions.</p>
