He is the President, listen only when he speaks about his work,&quot; the younger Duterte said in an Instagram post.</p><p>She also urged the public to criticize her father on his work instead of his &quot;talkkalese&quot; - apparently referring to the President&#x27;s statements outside policy- maintaining that the chief executive has freedom of speech and expression.</p><p>&quot;Do not waste your negative energy on his interpretation of the Bible, that is his opinion. And many women and some men are known to be damsels in distress, that #babaeako included,&quot; she said, calling the campaign &quot;doomed.&quot;</p><p>The President has explained that he still trusts capabilities and the competence of women, but that there are certain tasks that are not suitable for them.</p><p>“[Women are] unlike men, kami suntukan, bakbakan, barilan. We grew up in a sort of mindset na sometimes prone to violence,” Duterte said in a speech during the inauguration of the Davao River Bridge at Carlos P.
