‘Subukan niyo’: Duterte threatens to jail those planning to file impeachment case

MANILA— (UPDATE) President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday said he will send his critics to jail should they file an impeachment case against him.&quot;I-impeach ako? Kulungin ko silang lahat.
