Guillermo Eleazar.</p><p>Kasunod ito ng sunod-sunod na insidente ng pagpatay at pamamaril ng ilang pulis, pinakahuli ang sa headquarters ng Manila Police District (MPD).</p><p>&quot;This recent incident at MPD, along with the previous ones, highlights the need for us to closely look into the overall state of our men,&quot; ani Eleazar.</p><p>&quot;Hindi nagtatapos sa kung paano nila ginagawa ang kanilang trabaho, kasama dito ang pagtingin sa kanilang physical, emotional at lalo na ang kanilang mental state,&quot; dagdag niya.</p><p>Nais ni Eleazar na gawing polisiya ang pagkuha ng neuro-psychiatric test ng kapulisan kada 3 taon.</p><p>&quot;Partucularly sa mga pulis na nakaasign sa units na very stressful ang trabaho nila,&quot; aniya sa ABS-CBN Teleradyo nitong Martes.</p><p>&quot;We&#x27;re talking about almost 220,00 uniformed police personnel. Kahit sa non-uniformed personnel dapat meron ding ganito.&quot;</p><p>Walang habas na nagpaputok ng baril si Police Executive Master Sgt.
