After Espenilla is BSP Deputy Governor for Monetary and Economics Sector Diwa Guinigundo with P13.502 million and Development Bank of the Philippines President and Chief Executive Officer Cecilia Borromeo who got a total pay of P12.462 million.Following Calida on the fifth spot is BSP Deputy Governor for Resource Management Sector Maria Almasara Cyd Tuaño-Amador with P10.157 million, Supreme Court Associate Justice Presbitero Velasco Jr. with P9.589 million, BSP Assistant Governor for International Monetary Affairs and Surveillance Sub-Sector Wilhelmina Mañalac with P9.277 million, Assistant Governor for Financial Market Operations Sub-Sector Ma. Ramona Gertrudes Santiago with P9.239 million, and Monetary Board Members Felipe Medalla with P8.869 million and Juan de Zuñiga Jr. with P8.868 million.Meanwhile, next to Calida among the highest-paid cabinet members in 2017 were the following: <ul>	<li>Science and Technology Secretary Fortunato dela Peña with P3.292 million </li>	<li>Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi with P3.209 million</li>	<li>Former Commission on Higher Education Secretary Patricia Licuanan with P3.158 million</li>	<li>Former Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II with P3.059 million</li>	<li>Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III with P2.976 million</li>	<li>Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez with P2.915 million</li>	<li>Public Works Secretary Mark Villar with P2.869 million</li>	<li>Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Piñol with P2.851 million </li>	<li>Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea with P2.834 million</li></ul>Also included in the 2017 ROSA were other officials who have either resigned, were relieved by the President or were not confirmed by the Commission on Appointments:<ul>	<li>Former Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo with P2.828 million</li>	<li>Former Health Secretary Paulyn Jean Ubial with P2.752 million </li>	<li>Former Information and Communications Technology Secretary Rodolfo Salalima with P2.16 million </li>	<li>Former Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor Chairman Terry Ridon with P2.118 million </li>	<li>Former Agrarian Reform Secretary Rafael Mariano with P1.968 million </li>	<li>Former Social Welfare Secretary Judy Taguiwalo with P1.859 million and </li>	<li>Former Interior Secretary Ismael Sueno with P604,277</li></ul>
