I told him in my message, I acknowledge,&quot; Zubiri said.</p><p>Zubiri also noted of Drilon&#x27;s remark about &quot;noisy&quot; senators and their &quot;lack of decorum.&quot;</p><p>&quot;I fully note of your concern and we will do better when we come back...
