Nasa labas man ng bansa, hindi nakalilimutan ng Filipino community ang kabayanihan ni Rizal. </p><p>Pinangunahan ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa South Korea ang pag-aalay ng bulaklak sa pambansang bayani sa kanyang ika-161st birth anniversary. </p><p>Dumalo sa aktibidad sina Ambassador Theresa Dizon-De Vega, mga kawani ng Embahada pati mga nasa academic community. Panauhing pandangal din si Doctor Jeom Suk Yeon na nagsalin sa wikang Korean ang &#x27;Mi Ultimo Adios&#x27; ni Rizal. Nagsagawa rin siya ng dissertation kay Rizal at sa Philippine literature. </p><p><i>“The motivation I wrote my dissertation about Philippine literature and Rizal was… if I write, I write mostly Western writers, I would feel very empty somehow. After all, I was one of the few students who studied in the Philippines. Not many people knew about the Philippines, especially in literature. And finding Rizal was really almost an awakening to me,”</i> sabi ni Dr. Jeom Suk Yeon.</p><p>Para kay Dr. Jeom Suk Yeon, mahalagang maunawaan ang kultura ng Pilipinas at Korea sa pamamagitan ng mga tula at sining para na rin sa pagpapatibay ng integridad bilang mga bansa sa Asya.    </p><p>Highlight din ng okasyon ang isang recorded lecture ni Professor Ambeth Ocampo na sumentro sa mga gawa at kabayanihan ni Rizal. </p><div><i>Para sa iba pang ulat patungkol sa mga Pilipino sa iba&#x27;t ibang bahagi ng mundo, panoorin at tumutok sa TFC News sa TV Patrol. </i></div>
