Under the policy, official announcements are expected to be posted on social media 24 hours after its approval.</p><p>Procurement and bidding processes should also be livestreamed on these official social media pages, according to Moreno&#x27;s order.</p><div><strong>- report from Johnson Manabat, ABS-CBN News</strong></div>
