Umaasa ang CLADS na papayagang ma-deploy ang mga nakakuha na ng employer. Naniniwala rin sila na hindi edad ang basehan para masiguro ang kaligtasan at tagumpay ng isang worker sa ibang bansa. &quot;Dito nga sa atin sa Pilipinas, 18 years old pa lang nagkakasambahay na. Hindi mo masasabi na yung 23 naabuso madami, yung 24, yung 25…diyan talaga pumasok yung mga seminars, may OWWA na language and culture sa first-timer, then merong mandatory assessment and training… So nade-determine na namin kung kaya na niya o hindi,&quot; ani Sermonia. Mga recruitment agency ngayon ang sumasagot sa pagkain at accommodation ng mga apektadong worker. Pero sana raw ay aksyunan na agad ng mga ahensiya ang isyu na nakaapekto sa maraming pamilya.
