Maraming salamat for the warm welcome!&quot; she said in a separate tweet.</p><p>Carlson expressed her gratitude to Heather Variava who served as interim Chargé d&#x27;Affaires at the US embassy since last September. </p><p>&quot;In my 37-year career, it has always been my joy and privilege to be part of talented and dedicated embassy teams.
