<p>MANILA <strong>(UPDATE)</strong> -- Manila Mayor Isko Moreno on Monday threatened to fire all traffic enforcers in the capital if they fail to identify their colleague who was caught on surveillance video while allegedly extorting money from an erring motorist.</p><p>&quot;Bibigyan ko kayo ng isang araw ha. Pag hindi n&#x27;yo itinuro sa akin iyung nasa video, lahat kayo tatanggalin ko,&quot; he told members of the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau.</p><p>(I will give you one day.
