Randy Menor, ABS-CBN News</figcaption></figure></div>BATAC, ILOCOS NORTE - Nakalabas na ng kulungan ang dating alkalde ng Dingras sa Ilocos Norte na inaresto sa kasong pagpatay noong Hunyo 29.Ayon sa mga awtoridad, nakalaya si Marynette Gamboa nitong Martes matapos maglabas ng release order si Judge Felix Salvador ng RTC 17 ng siyudad ng Batac.Sa nasabing order, pansamantala munang naitabi ang warrant of arrest kay Gamboa.Matatandaan naaresto si Gamboa sa isang condominium sa Quezon City noong June 28, 2019 dahil sa kaso nitong murder.<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/06/29/19/dating-alkalde-ng-ilocos-norte-timbog-sa-kasong-murder">Dating alkalde ng Ilocos Norte, timbog sa kasong murder</a></li></ul>Si Gamboa ang itinurong utak sa pagpatay kay Rey Ruiz, presidente ng board ng Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative noong 2009.Ayon kay Gamboa, umapela sila sa korte na mapawalang bisa ang warrant of arrest dahil sa umano&#x27;y hindi nasunod na proseso gaya ng kawalan ng pagdinig sa kaso.Sa ngayon, pinag-aaralan ng kaniyang kampo ang susunod nilang gagawin para tuluyan nang mapawalang bisa ang warrant of arrest.Si Gamboa ay naging alkalde ng Dingras noong 2007 hanggang 2011.Tumakbo ito sa pagkakongresista sa ikalawang distrito ng Ilocos Norte noong May 2019 election pero natalo.
