Ayon kay Labella, ang granular lockdown ay hindi para sa mga buong barangay. “Hindi naman kailangan na the entire barangay naka-lockdown, identified lang &#x27;yung mga areas,” sabi ni Labella. Sa panayam sa ABS-CBN Teleradyo, sinabi ng alkalde na ang mga lugar na ito ay sa mga sitio lamang. Ang iba ay mga kalsada, bahay o compound lang din. Ang lungsod ng Cebu ay nasa ilalim ng modified enhanced community quarantine dahil sa pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19. “Baka by Saturday there will be a coordination meeting with the police, the health and the barangay captains kasi sila ngayon ang binigyan natin ng task to locate these critical areas,” sabi ni Labella. Hindi rin aniya mahirap hanapin ang mga lugar na ito dahil kadalasan ito ay matatagpuan sa mga densely populated sitio na tinitirahan ng informal settlers. Bagama&#x27;t tumataas ang mga kaso ng COVID-19, ikinatutuwa ni Labella na mayroon rin silang highest recovery rate. “I’m just glad we have the highest recovery rate. The other day we have a 58 percent recovery rate. Yesterday, 55.81 [percent] recovery rate, mga 4,675 sa mga na-isolate nating patients,” sabi niya. Dagdag pa ng alkalde na halos 90 porsiyento ng mga kaso ay asymptomatic na kanila namang agad na naa-isolate. “Maganda recovery because of the kind of intervention and because of the quarantine stations ang barangay isolation centers,” saad niya. Sa kabila nito, patuloy aniya ang pagpapatupad nila ng basic mininum health standard requirement.
