Wala, nothing, dedma.&quot;</p><p>She added that the leadership shift was the decision of the House majority.</p><p>The Ombudsman, however, said the Sandiganbayan was &quot;right&quot; when it junked Arroyo&#x27;s demurrer to evidence, a plea raised when a defendant believes the evidence against him or her is weak.</p><p>The Supreme Court had overturned the Sandiganbayan&#x27;s denial of the demurrer when it acquitted Arroyo.</p><p>Morales will step down as Ombudsman on Wednesday.</p><div><strong>ANC, 24 July 2018</strong></div>
