Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News</div></figcaption></figure></div>MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday reiterated his administration&#x27;s support for an all-out campaign against drugs and criminality, saying the Philippine National Police (PNP) should &quot;triple its efforts&quot; to stop the drug menace in the country.&quot;We will not stop until the last drug lord, the last financier and the last pusher have surrendered or put behind bars or below the ground if they so wish,&quot; he said during his first State of the Nation Address at the Batasang Pambansa.Duterte, who won the presidency by vowing a brutal campaign against criminality, urged elements of the PNP not to lower their guard but to do their jobs.He also ordered the National Police Commission to hasten the investigation and adjudication of cases of police officers involved in criminal activities.He also ordered a lifestyle check on police officers accused of links to criminal activity.&quot;I will be with you all the way. Abuse your authority and there will be hell to pay...In this quest I will put at stake my honor, my life and the presidency itself,&quot; he said.He also issued the following warning to local government units: &quot;Do not do drugs because you will be disillusioned to the crisis that has engulfed the nation.&quot;The President said his administration will create an inter-agency committee on illegal drugs that will integrate efforts of stakeholders against the drug menace.Reservists will also be mobilized for the government&#x27;s information campaign against drug use.He said the government&#x27;s Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) will also be strengthened to instill love of country and good citizenship.&quot;The Armed Forces of the Philippines will facilitate the preparations for the use of military camps and facilities for drug rehabilitation,&quot; he said.
