Medyo alalay ako sa preno. Siyempre aapak akong preno, alalay, bigla akong nawalan ng preno. Ayun po ang nangyari,&quot; he said.</p><p>Authorities completed the removal of vehicles along C-5 Avenue at around 1:05 p.m.</p>
