<p>MANILA <strong>(UPDATE)</strong> - State prosecutors have filed murder and frustrated murder charges against Alan Dennis Sytin and two others for the 2018 slay of his elder brother, businessman Dominic Sytin.</p><p>Indicted at the Olongapo Regional Trial Court were the younger Sytin, confessed gunman Edgardo Luib, and one Oliver Fuentes, alias Ryan Rementilla.</p><p>The case went to Olongapo court Judge Richard Paradeza.</p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p dir="ltr" lang="tl">Mga suspek sa pagpatay sa negosyanteng si Dominic Sytin ng Subic, kinasuhan na ng murder at frustrated murder sa Olongapo RTC.
