MAYNILA - Kinatigan ng piskalya ang mga reklamong isinampa laban kay Chao Tiao Yumol, ang suspek sa pamamaril noong Linggo sa Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU).Sa ipinalabas na resolusyon ni Quezon City Assistant City Prosecutor Albert Angelo Villalon, sinabi nitong sapat ang ebidensya upang dinggin sa korte ang mga reklamo laban sa suspek.Kabilang dito ang 3 counts of murder dahil sa pamamaril na nagresulta sa pagkamatay ni dating Lamitan City Mayor Rosita Furigay, aide nitong si Victor Capistrano, at ADMU security guard na si Jeneven Bandiala.<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/07/24/22/3-dead-in-ateneo-de-manila-university-shooting">3 dead in Ateneo de Manila University shooting, including former mayor from Basilan</a></li></ul>Kinatigan rin ng piskalya ang pagsasampa ng frustrated murder laban kay Yumol dahil sa pagkakabaril sa anak ni Furigay na si Hannah Rose. Kasalukuyang nagpapagaling sa ospital ang mas batang Furigay.Gayundin ang reklamong paglabag sa Republic Act 10591 o Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act matapos mahulihan ng isang 9mm pistol sa kabila ng kawalan ng Permit to Carry Outside Residence.
