Joel Coronel, Manila Police District (MPD) Director, earlier urged Estrada to draw the reward money from city funds.In a statement, Estrada said the suspect, Vhon Martin Tanto, could be in danger if he tries to put up a fight.&quot;Delikado siya ‘pag nahuli siya. ‘pag lumaban siya, siguradong six feet under the ground siya,&quot; he said.&quot;Of course, I’m appealing to him to surrender.
