He also injured a bystander who was hit by bullets allegedly from his gun.</p><p>According to the police, Tanto is expected to undergo inquest proceedings for murder and frustrated murder charges after booking.</p><p>While on his way inside the Manila Police District, a man tried to throw a punch at Tanto but missed.</p><p>Also present at the Manila Police District were PNP Chief Director General Ronald &quot;Bato&quot; Dela Rosa, Public Attorney&#x27;s Office (PAO) chief Persida Acosta and Geralde&#x27;s family.</p><p>Elements of the Philippine Army <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/07/29/16/quiapo-road-rage-suspect-captured">arrested</a> Tanto before noon on Friday in Barangay Poblacion, Milagros, Masbate.</p><p>LOOK: <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/07/29/16/look-road-rage-suspect-in-custody"><strong>Road rage suspect in custody</strong></a></p><p>The convoy carrying Tanto left Masbate at about 4:00 p.m. on Friday and arrived at the Pio Duran port in Albay past 9:00 p.m.</p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/news-special1/nation/07/29/port-072916.jpg"/><figcaption><div class="embed-desc">The Pio Duran port in Albay is heavily guarded Friday night as the ship carrying road rage suspect Vhon Tanto arrives. <em>Mitch Villanueva, ABS-CBN News</em></div></figcaption></figure></div><p>They made a <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/07/29/16/watch-quiapo-road-rage-suspect-in-police-custody">stop-over</a> before midnight at the PNP Provincial Office in Camarines Sur, where he and his arresting officers had dinner.</p><p>CCTV footage showed Tanto, who was driving a red Hyundai Eon car, shooting Geralde several times following a fistfight on P.
