If a significant amount of increase in their wealth comes up and they cannot justify it... they can be charged accordingly,&quot; he said.</p><p>More than 21,000 lotto outlets and other Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office gaming kiosks were shut nationwide from July 27 to 30 after the President declared these as illegal due to &quot;massive corruption.&quot;</p><p>&quot;We will investigate everyone who holds money, held money, especially the board [of directors] from the time President Duterte assumed office,&quot; said Greco Belgica, commissioner of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission.</p><p>&quot;We will and we have not spared anyone -- be it friends of the President, friends of Senator Bong or my personal friends.
