No tropical cyclone wind signal is in effect over the country,&quot; PAGASA said.The storm is likely to leave the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) Monday morning, at which time it could become a severe tropical storm.On Sunday, occasional rains due to the southwest monsoon or habagat will be experienced over Luzon, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao and Bangsamoro.PAGASA warned the public that flooding and rain-induced landslide could occur during heavy or prolonged rainfall in areas that are highly susceptible to these hazards.
