CEBU CITY - A suspected drug user was shot four times by two unidentified men in Barangay Basak Pardo, Cebu City, at around 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Markgil Legara was sleeping when he was dragged by two men wearing bonnets to a vacant lot in Sitio Tayud, Barangay Basak Pardo, according to his sister Jennifer Marquez.
