Maabutan pa naman ako ng lockdown dito sa Manila bukas e kung ‘di ako makauwi saan ako titira, natutulog na ako sa bangketa, kung saan-saan,&quot; ani Aballe. </p><p>Uuwi naman ng Camarines Sur si Jerome Tan. </p><p>Sa kabila nito, tuloy pa rin ang operasyon ng bus terminal sa gitna ng lockdown dahil mananatili pa rin ang pampublikong transportasyon.</p><p>Pero tanging mga Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) ang makakasakay sa mga bus.</p><ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/business/08/03/21/dotr-keep-current-public-transport-supply-ecq">Current public transport to be retained during ECQ but only APORs will be accommodated</a></li></ul><p>Kaya babantayan ang pagpasok sa terminal para makapagpakita ang mga biyahero ng ID o patunay na kailangan nila bumiyahe sa gitna ng ECQ.</p><p>Ilalagay ang Metro Manila sa ECQ sa harap ng pagdami ng COVID-19 cases sa lugar. </p><div><strong>60 POSITIBO SA ANTIGEN TEST </strong></div><p>Tinataya namang nasa 60 sa isang araw ang na-isolate ng transportation site matapos magpositibo sa antigen test bago ang naka-schedule nilang biyahe pauwi ng probinsiya. </p><p>&quot;Typically naisolate na sila hindi na isla papayagan makalabas pa nirereport sa LGUs. Ang inaalala natin dito kung hindi man sila pasakayin dito pero humanap ng ibang paraan at sumakay saibang pamamaraan tulad ng kolorum or whatever. ineendorse din namin sila sa BOQ (Bureau of Quarantine) at DOH (Department of Health), upang sa ganun isiolate at ihatid sa kani-kanilanng bahay,&quot; ani PITX Spokesperson Jason Salvador. </p><p>Kailangang dumaan sila sa confirmatory test, kaya hindi rin sila nakabiyahe. </p><p>Nakahiwalay rin sila sa ibang mga pasahero lalo na ngayong marami ang nagmadaling humabol sa biyahe sa bisperas ng ECQ ng Kamaynilaan. </p><p>Pero ang pagkakaiba ng ipapatupad na ECQ sa Kamaynilaan sa Biyernes ay hindi ganoon ang pagdagsa ng mga pasahero hindi tulad dati kung saan marami ang nasa-stranded. </p><p>Ito ay matapos magpasya ang pandemic task force na gawing tuloy-tuloy ang pasada ng pampublikong sasakyan, na lilimitahan sa mga authorized persons outside residence. </p><div><strong>-- Ulat nina Anjo Bagaoisan at Jacque Manabat, ABS-CBN News</strong></div>
