Mesa, Manila on Saturday night. </p><p>The blaze, which didn&#x27;t die out despite heavy rainfall, was first reported at about 10 p.m., according to the Manila Fire Department.</p><p>Meralco hasn&#x27;t responded to the incident, the fire department added, at the time this story was posted.</p>
