We intend to establish an environment that is more conducive for new investments to prosper and for existing businesses to expand and grow,” Duterte said in his speech.Ayala Land said that besides high-end residential units, Azuela Cove will also have a state-of-the-art St. Luke&#x27;s Hospital, a retail center, an events tent and sports facilities. The project is expected to draw additional investments and generate about 13,000 jobs within the next 8 to 10 years, about half of which are intended for construction.“With confidence from our investors, Azuela Cove is expected to boost commercial activity in the city as it will bring more jobs for the people of Davao City and its nearby neighborhoods,” Duterte said.“This property development will further define the city as a thriving hub in Mindanao,” he said.
